1 Prices are subject to VAT at the current rate. E.& O.E. apply.
2 Any delay caused by strikes, lockouts, accidents, force majeure, shall not be considered to form part of the time named for completion of the contract, this applying to the buyer and seller.
3 Deliveries
Goods should be inspected on receipt and any discrepancies should be clearly marked on the paperwork at the time of delivery. Deliveries signed "Unchecked" or "Not Examined" will not be accepted as proof of damaged or missing goods.
4 Carriage Method
Two main means of transport are used, either our own vehicle or a national carrier. We purchase carrier services on the basis of a twenty four hour service. Delivery times are not guaranteed and cannot be progressed during the day of the delivery.
5 Carriage Charges
No orders shall be processed under the value of £10.00. Cornwall and The Isles of Scilly: Free delivery for all orders with a net value exceeding £50.00. Orders below this value will incur a carriage charge of £5.95. England and Wales: Free Delivery for all orders with a net value exceeding £100.00. Orders below this value will incur a carriage charge of £9.50. Scotland: Free delivery for all orders with a net value exceeding £150.00. Orders below this value will incur a carriage charge of £15.00.
6 Returns
Returns must be authorised by our Sales Office or Representative within 7days of delivery. Goods returned after the 30 day limit will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Credit Notes cannot be raised prior to receipt and inspection of goods. Goods will not be accepted for credit if not in the same condition/packaging as when delivered.
7 The property in the material shall only pass to the Purchaser from the date of payment in full of all sums payable to the Vendor in respect thereof. Until such time, the goods shall remain the absolute property of the Vendor. In default of payment by the Purchaser, when lawfully demanded by the Vendor, the Vendor shall be entitled to enter the premises of the Purchaser and recover the goods.
